Flint born, Army raised. People Focused. Building Platforms Where Military Influence Meets Real Impact. ✌
Flint born. Army raised. I hung up the uniform in 2018 after 21 years of service, but kept the mission. As founder of the Military Influencer Conference, I build rooms, platforms, and partnerships that put military-connected talent in front of opportunity.

About
After 21 years in the U.S. Army, I hung up the uniform in 2018, but not the mission. Born and raised in Flint, Michigan, I learned early the value of resourcefulness, resilience, and showing up for people. Those lessons continue to shape how I lead, build businesses, and create opportunities for others.
I’m the founder of the Military Influencer Conference, a gathering that connects military-connected creators, entrepreneurs, brands, and leaders. I built MIC around a simple belief: our community has talent, experience, and stories that deserve to be seen, heard, and supported.
Today, my work sits at the intersection of entrepreneurship, partnerships, and advocacy. I build platforms that elevate underrepresented voices, help creators turn their influence into opportunity, and work with brands that share our values to build meaningful relationships with the military-connected community.
Whether I’m bringing people together, shaping a partnership, or helping someone tell their story, my purpose remains the same: earn trust, create access, and leave the door open for the next person.
