Who operates the site

The Military Creator Index at creators.militarycreator.com is operated by The Kadre, LLC, operating as Military Creator, referred to here as "we" or "the Military Creator team." Contact us at index@militarycreator.com.

What the Index is

The Index is a directory of military-connected creators, experts and founders. Listing a person in the Index does not mean Military Creator represents them, endorses them or their views, or guarantees that they are available or will accept any opportunity. Nothing on the site is a booking, a contract or a promise of one.

Acceptable use

You may browse the Index, save a shortlist, send genuine inquiries and, if you are the person listed or authorized to act for them, claim and manage a profile. You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-download profiles, contact details or other content, by hand or by automated means, or build a competing dataset from the site.
• Impersonate a creator, the Military Creator team or anyone else, or claim a profile you are not entitled to.
• Submit false claims, fake inquiries, spam, or content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing or harassing.
• Use the site to identify, locate or contact a creator for any purpose other than a legitimate professional inquiry through the site.
• Probe, interfere with or circumvent the site's security or access controls.

We may remove content, decline requests, and suspend or block access for breaches of these terms.

Accounts

Accounts are created only after the Military Creator team approves a claim. You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address, so keeping that inbox secure is your responsibility, as is everything done from your account. You can invite collaborators to help manage a profile; you are responsible for their actions. Tell us at once if you believe your account has been misused.

Profiles and accuracy

Unclaimed profiles are built from public sources and may be incomplete or out of date. Claimed and Verified profiles are maintained by the creator, and the creator is responsible for the accuracy of what they submit. Changes to a published profile go live only after the Military Creator team reviews them. Verification has a specific, limited meaning explained in the Profile & Verification Policy; it is not an endorsement or a guarantee of any fact, audience figure or piece of content.

Content rights

Creators keep ownership of the photos, biographies and other material they submit and grant Military Creator a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and adapt it on the site and in materials that promote the Index, for as long as the profile is listed. Creators confirm they have the right to grant that licence for anything they upload. Public sources used for unclaimed profiles remain the property of their owners and are used for the purpose of identifying and describing the creator; a rights holder can ask us to remove material through the Copyright & Content Complaints page.

The Index itself, including its design, collections, curation and text written by Military Creator, belongs to Military Creator. Publicly visible content is not licensed for reuse, republication or redistribution without permission.

How inquiries work

An inquiry or shortlist brief goes to the Military Creator team, not directly to the creator. The team reviews it and, where appropriate, passes it to the creator, who decides whether to respond. Receipt of an inquiry is not acceptance, and the team's review is not a booking. For unclaimed profiles the creator's participation and availability are unconfirmed. Private contact details are never shared with the person inquiring.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided "as is." We do not warrant that it is error-free, uninterrupted or that any profile is accurate or complete. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Military Creator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the site, from reliance on a profile, or from any dealings between a visitor and a creator. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date; continued use after that is acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions about these terms go to index@militarycreator.com.
